WARRANTY CARD (CHOCOLATE WARMING DEVICE / 330078)
For our technical devices, we assume a warranty under our warranty terms and conditions for trouble-free quality
and function. The warranty period is 24 months and begins on the day of purchase. Please keep the receipt as
proof of purchase. If, despite our extensive quality control measures, you have grounds to make a claim, please
first call our service number indicated below. Trained employees will take information regarding the problem,
issue a processing number and, if needed, have the device replaced. You will receive a return sticker by e-mail,
fax or postal mail with which you can send the product to us free of charge. Devices arriving without a processing
number cannot be processed, unfortunately. The warranty does not cover damage incurred due to inappropriate
handling, nor wear parts or consumable materials. Use the original packaging to the extent possible in order to
avoid transport damage.
This device is subjected to strict quality control for flawless material quality, processing and functionality. Should,
however, defects arise that cannot be traced to inappropriate use of the product (e.g. water or fall damage,
erroneous operation, etc.), then we will cover the repair of that damage within the scope of the warranty (by
replacing or repairing defective parts). Within the scope of the warranty, STÄDTER GmbH covers only damage to
the product under warranty in the form of a replacement delivery or repair.
All other damage compensation claims of any kind, especially based on obligation infringement, torts and claims
for compensation for futile expenditures against STÄDTER GmbH or its sub-contractors and vicarious agents are
not covered by the warranty; the same applies for claims for reimbursement of the consequential damages from
a defect. The warranty provides no further rights. The restrictions above do not apply for legal rights the end
customer (consumer) has from a consumer sale or rights from damages due to harm to life, body or health or
from premeditation or wanton neglect or from the German Product Liability Act. The warranty is invalidated by
inappropriate use, third party intervention or technical changes. Performing a warranty service does not extend or
renew the 24-month warranty.
Providing an exact description of the complaint will shorten repair time. After the warranty period has expired, you
can still turn to STÄDTER GmbH. However, any repairs made after the warranty period has expired are subject to
costs and are not covered by the warranty.
