SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated while sleeping on changing tables: changing table is not
designed for safe sleep.
• NEVER allow baby to sleep or play on changing table.
STRANGULATION HAZARD: Always attach the changing table securely. If the changing table is not
secured, child in playard can lift or shift the changing table and get neck trapped between changing table
and the top rail of the playard frame.
• Never leave changing table in place when child is in the playard.
• Never use the changing table away from the playard. Do not use on the floor, bed or any other elevated surfaces.
• Maximum weight for the changing table is 25lbs. (11.3 kg).
• Do not use changing table as a storage surface.
• NEVER add additional padding to the changing table.
• NEVER use this changing table with any other manufacturer's products.
• DO NOT use changing table if it is damaged or broken.

• Le poids maximum que peut soutenir la table à langer est de 11,3 kg (25 lb).
• Ne pas utiliser la table à langer comme surface de rangement.
