Operation
Setting of degree of grinding
The grain size of the coffee grounds can be varied by means of the different set-
tings of the grinding degree.
Precise data on the grinding degree cannot be given as many different factors play
a role, such as type of coffee / bean, room temperature, personal taste, etcetera.
• Select a finer grind setting for Espresso. The grinding degree setting 0-20 is used
as a guide value.
• For filter coffee, select a medium grind setting. The recommended value is the
20-60 grind setting.
• Select a coarse grind setting for French Press. Grinding degree setting 60-140 is
used as a guide value.
Note:
•
The finer the grinding degree, the longer the grinding process.
•
In case of a finer grinding degree, the coffee can stick together in the grinding
mechanism.
•
If the grinding mechanism blocks, cautiously tap on the coffee bean container.
