Before using the first time, wipe the surface of the plate with a damp
cloth and dry it with a cloth, tissue etc. Then drop some cooking oil or
butter on the plate and preheat it 5-10 minutes. This operation is only
necessary when using for the first time.
Cook a bread slice in each gap of the device before the first use. These
slices should be discarded.
HOW TO USE IT
1. Plug the connector and immediately the red light will be on. The green
light will turn on once reached the optimum temperature. Close the lid and
prepare the sandwich while the device gets to that point.
2. Place the sandwiches in the sandwich toaster and close the top.
3. While toasting, the upper lid would be a little bulging, don't open it
halfway.
4. During use, the green light will turn on and off. This indicates that the
thermostat is working correctly.
5. Leave the sandwich to toast for about two minutes. The toasting time
depends on individual preference.

7. Open the lid and remove sandwich using a wooden spatula. Never use metal
knife as this may damage the non-sticking coating.
8. After using, pull out the plug and open the upper lid let it get cool.
WARNING: The plates may become very hot during use. Be very careful when

CLEANING
Unplug the sandwich maker. Leave it open and wait
completely cold
Never use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents and materials, as
they damage the non-stick
coating of the cooking plates.
Never immerse the appliance in water nor rinse it under the tap.
Remove excess oil from the cooking plates with a piece of kitchen
paper before you remove them.
Remove any sticky food residues (e.g. solidified cheese) from the
cooking plates with a wooden spatula. Do not use metal, sharp or
abrasive tools.
Clean the plates with a sponge or a soft damp cloth. Then dry the
surface.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Then dry the
surface.
