SOLUTION
Long Press the ON and OFF switch
simultaneously for 5 seconds to enter
into Connectivity Mode: Searching for
Wi-Fi Network.
Review and confirm the
INSTALLATION section in this manual.
Check that the power is ON at the
circuit breaker.
• Replace the load.
• Check the SPECIFICATION section
for compatible loads and limitations.
Check wireless network connectivity.
Check to see that permissions are
granted for the WiZ APP.
Manually press and hold the ON
switch for 7-10 seconds to ensure
electrical functionality is working.
• Check SPECIFICATION section to
ensure load (light) is within limits.
• Replace the load (light).
Re-enter Wi-Fi password.
Check Wi-Fi signal to ensure within
range of router (-80dB min).
Confirm Wi-Fi router is broadcasting a
2.4GHz signal. Re-connect.
