If you wish to remove the spring, here is how to do it:

Use a pair of pliers to pry the upper hook of the Bauart spring out of the hole in the stove's door.

Please note that the spring is in tension when the door opens, so make sure to protect yourself
during removal. We recommend that you use protective gloves.
•
For optimum combustion, we recommend that you close the hole in the stove with a self-tapping
screw, sealing compound, or ceramic glue.

Damages caused by electrical surcharge, (condensation) water in and around the chimney, too
much or too little draft in the chimney and missing maintenance/cleaning of the chimney/flue
pipe/installation.

Damages to the stove caused by external influences or damages caused by the stove on other

8. Disposal of the wood burning stove
When disposing your wood burning stove, metal, vermiculite, and ceramic glass must be sorted separately.
Dispose hereafter the materials according to the regulations at your nearest recycling depot.
