Ref. 080405 / Ref. 080407 is a practical polymeriser
with a control panel on which sequences of polymerising
times and temperatures can be programmed as required
by the user.
INSTALLATION
 Carefully unpack the polymeriser, removing the
packing material inside the tank. Inside the tank you
will also find a muffle tray.
 Set the unit up on a flat, horizontal, firm surface
away from sources of heat or vibration. Ensure that
there is a gap of at least 15 cm between the
ventilation grilles and the nearest wall or other object.
 Connect the unit to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz earthed power
socket protected by a suitable thermal magnetic cut-
out. Consult your installer.

 From the home screen, press and hold the P key.

 Press the P key to access the program data.

key to save and go to another parameter:
A.T: Delayed start time (so that the machine starts
working after some time has passed).
r1: Time to reach the 1st temperature
C1: First temperature
t1: Maintenance time of the 2nd temperature
r2: Time to reach the 2nd temperature
C2: First temperature
t2: Maintenance time of the 2nd temperature
In case of selecting the "FREE" value in a time, it
implies that it is indefinite and that only the user can
end said timing.
PROGRAM SELECTION
 Being on the program number we can select another
by pressing the keys
OPERATION
 Place the muffle tray in the bottom of the tank.
 Fill the tank with water up around 10 cm below the
rim. There should always be at least 20 cm of water
in the tank, to prevent damage to the heating element.
 Place the muffles on the muffle tray, using long,
sturdy gauntlets to protect against splashes, a face-
mask and muffle tongs. TALLERES MESTRAITUA,
S.L. recommends MESTRA tongs. Close over the
cover.
 Switch on main switch (C). Some of the controls on
the panel will flash, indicating that the polymeriser is
ready for operation.
 Program the unit as indicated above to ensure that the
programs stored meet your own requirements. These
programs can be used and modified as required in
future.
