Select the program you want to run.
Press the START/STOP button (C) to start the cycle.
If need, press long the key
following step.
Once the polymerisation program is completed, the
unit disconnects automatically. If alarm is activated,
it will sound at the end of the program (look at the
Alarm section). To remove the muffles, open the
cover carefully, as steam pouring out from the tank
could cause burns. Use long gauntlets and a face-
mask, and remove muffles using muffle tongs. Close
over the cover.
If there is a power cut, the unit retains in its memory
the parameters of the step in progress, and when
power is restored the program will continue from the
point at which it stopped. If the switch is turned off
before the program is completed, the furnace takes
this as a power cut.
Turn the main switch off to disconnect the unit from
the power supply.
Disconnect the unit via main switch (C). The fan
remains on until switch is disconnected to prevent the
control module from overheating.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
To obtain long, trouble-free service from the unit, follow
these instructions:
The unit has a circuit breaker that protects the
machine against electric overloads. Once the problem
is solved, press the circuit breaker located on the side
of the machine (E) to get it into work again.
The unit has a circuit breaker that protects the
machine against accidental overheating as it detects
excessive
temperature
operation. Once the machine returns to normal
temperature, the security contactor has to be reset. To
access this, proceed as follows:
1.
Take off the lower panel by removing the
fastening screws.
2.
Unscrew and extract the front of the machine
holding the control unit.
3.
Press the contactor (F).
4.
Follow these instructions in reverse order to
reassemble the unit.
5.
Carry out a test to check operation of the
polymeriser.
Clean the inside of the tank approximately every 20
hours, by heating the water to 75 ºC, then emptying
the tank through the drainage tap at the back.
Unplug the polymeriser and clean the inside of the
tank with a fine scourer moistened in soapy water,
taking care not to damage the heating element or
temperature probe. Special products for cleaning
polymerisers may also be used. Rinse the inside of
the tank with plenty of water and then close the
drainage tap.
At intervals which will depend on how hard the water
is, clean away any limescale which may have been
deposited on the shower nozzles or electric heating
element, using a scale remover. Anti-limescale
products may also be used.
To clean the outside housing of the unit use a cloth
moistened in soapy water. Do not use solvents or
other inflammable products.

After using the polymeriser, remove wax, foam,
remains of resin and other particles which may be left
floating on the water.
