FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED BY YOUR ORTHOPAEDIC TECHNICIAN OR IN ACCORDANCE
WITH DOCTOR'S ORDERS.
In order to obtain a greater degree of therapeutic effectiveness in the different pathologies and to
prolong the life and utility of the product, it is fundamental that the correct size adequate for each
patient or user is chosen (enclosed in the packet is a diagram with all the sizes and the equivalent
in centimetres). An excess compression can produce intolerance, therefore we recommend that
the compression be regulated to an optimum degree.
To fit observe the following aspects:
TN-260
Place the wrist support on your hand and introduce your thumb through the opening. Adjust it,
thereby avoiding creases and folds. Excessive compression can cause interruptions to the blood
flow.
TN-261
Open the first and second part of the wrist strap.
Insert your hand through the elastic ring. Adjust the padding to the palm of the wrist. Tie around
the wrist, and fasten with the small hooks. Apply the desired tension by completely surrounding
the wrist with the external elastic strap, and fasten with the small hook.
TN-262
Insert the thumb into the thumb guard, ensuring the seam coincides with the interdigital com-
missure.
Wrap the elastic wrist band around the wrist to obtain the desired tension and compression and
fasten with the hook.
TN-230
In order to put it on correctly, introduce your arm through the widest part of the elbow support.
Position it at the elbow joint, with the pad at the back of the joint. Excessive compression can
cause interruptions to the blood flow.
TN-210
In order to put it on correctly, slide on the knee support, starting with the widest end, and place
it over the knee joint by positioning the pad over the patella. Excessive compression can cause
interruptions to the blood flow.
TN-211
In order to put it on correctly, slide on the knee support, starting with the widest end, and place
it over the knee joint by positioning the pad over the patella, thereby ensuring that the braces are
parallel to each other and that they coincide with the medial line of the leg. Excessive compression
can cause interruptions to the blood flow.
To fit observe the following aspects, place the product in the corresponding joint segment, elbow,
ankle, hand, knee and arm so that they are aligned or fitted to the muscular movement sequences.
Adjust the products so that they are adapted to the natural configuration and don't produce irrita-
tion or discomfort during their use.
TN-240
In order to put the support on correctly, introduce your foot in the ankle support and position your
heel in the area designed for this purpose so that the pad is hugging your Achilles tendon and the
malleoli. Tighten it and adjust it, thereby avoiding creases and folds. Excessive compression can
cause interruptions to the blood flow. Be sure that the ankle support is in the right direction. Use
the seam at the ends as a reference, with the widest opening at the top.
