- The application is designed for use on Android and Chromebook compatible devices and
cannot be used on computers with Windows or Mac information systems. Compatible
with Android 10 or higher versions.
- After applying for the App, you may be asked to verify your identity by entering your

- We will send you an email from no_reply@pando.es so you can easily find it. If it is not in
your inbox, we advise you to look inside the folders. If a spam filter or rule has been set
up, the email in question may be in the Spam, Junk, Deleted Mail or Archive folders. If it
is not there, create a new account.

- Device compatible with Alexa and Google Home, configuration outside the Pando app.
