When the fault code appears on the controller display, it indicates that the power wheelchair is in an abnormal
condition. The meaning of the display and the recommended method of elimination are shown in the following
table.

Release the control bar to resume.
Check the output voltage, it must not be higher than 35V.
1. Do not touch the rocker arm when it is switched on.
2. Turn off, shake the rocker, and try to bring it back to the
centre, if the problem persists, please contact after-sales
service.
Method of elimination
Check if the wiring harness is correctly installed
and connected
Switch off the power, release the joystick to the
centre position and then switch it on
Disconnect power to the front controllers and the
rear controllers, and select one to turn on
Check if the engine is in running condition
Reduce the load on the wheelchair or release the
joystick to the centre position, the wheelchair is
reset
Restart
The joystick returns to the centre position until
the overvoltage warning is removed
