Warranty
In accordance with EC Directive 1999/44,
Cressi guarantees its products from
the moment of sale against inherent or
manufacturing defects for normal use.
The warranty is valid for two (2) years
from the time of purchase, and is issued
solely to the original consumer. Keep
your original receipt, product serial code,
or Cressi barcode label and this manual
as proof of purchase and validation of
warranty.
Should a defect be detected under
warranty, the consumer may submit
a claim within two (2) months from
discovery of said defect, by contacting the
support team at the following address:
info@cressi.com. Specify your name and
contact information. If more than six (6)
months have elapsed since the purchase
date, it is the customer's responsibility to
provide the proof necessary to determine
the cause of the defect.

cause of the defects is due to:

Normal wear resulting from use of
the product
•
Negligence and/or improper use
•
Damage after sale incidental to use
such as tears, scratches, and holes
•
Modifications,
disassembly
Cressi and its delegated personnel
•
A failure to respect and observe all
of the instructions provided in this
manual
Within the time limits dictated by this
warranty, the customer may request
repair of the product at no additional cost.
If Cressi is not able to make the repair,
the customer may request a reasonable
price reduction or replacement with the
same product or an equivalent.
