Before performing any operation on the high pressure washer, disconnect it from the water supply and the mains
electricity supply (by turning off the omnipolar switch or unplugging it from the mains socket).
PROBLEM
When the switch is turned, the high
pressure washer does not start.
No jet is produced.
The pump functions but does not reach
the rated pressure.
With the lance open, the pressure rises
and falls.
Insufficient detergent suction..
There is water in the oil.
Water leaks from the head.
During maintenance and/or repairs, use original spare parts only as these guarantee greater quality, reliable and
safety characteristics. Failure to use original spare parts absolves the manufacturer of all liability.

TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUSE
No electrical connection.
Thermal cutout has tripped.
The omnipolar switch is off.
Incorrect connection to the mains water
supply.
Clogged water filter.
Mains tap closed.
Water supply filter clogged.
Incorrect connection to the mains water
supply.
Pressure regulation valve set to mini-
mum
Lance nozzle worn.
Detergent suction device on the lance
open (DS version).
Valves dirty or worn.
Nozzle clogged or distorted.
Insufficient water supply.
No detergent.
Lance control not activated.
Oil seal rings worn.
Worn gaskets.
INFORMATION:

REMEDY
Check the mains voltage (see technical
specifications).
Reset (if it trips again, consult a technical
service centre).
