IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The appliance meets the general safety requirements for commercial outdoor use.
ASSEMBLY
ATTENTION! Check all parts for completeness before beginning assembly.
ATTENTION! To avoid accidents or injuries from sharp edges, assemble and use with caution. For assembly you need different screw wrenches.
2 persons are needed to assemble the product.
1. Remove all packaging materials before assembling the appliance. Keep all original packaging for long-term storage and future reference.
2. Ensure all assembly parts, accessories and mounting sets are delivered in good condition. In case of damage or incomplete delivery, please
contact the manufacturer or dealer immediately.
3. Keep children and pets away during the assembly.
4. Follow the assembly steps and adjustment means according to the illustrations. Improper handling may cause personal injury and damage of
appliance.
5. Do not tighten the mounting sets completely, before all assembly parts are assembled and fixed. Do not overtighten the mounting sets.
6. WARNING! Be careful when using the product to avoid squeezing and cutting injuries, especially between the moving parts!
CONSIDER BEFORE USE
Ensure the appliance is free from damage by visual inspection. Check any existing screws and nuts on the appliance regularly to ensure that they are
tight and retighten them if necessary.
Only use the accessories and mounting sets delivered with the appliance or recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not move the appliance while it is hot.
Due to safety reasons do not use this appliance with liquid fuels. Never use charcoal that has been pre-treated with lighting fluid. Do not mix used fuel
with new one.
The appliance can only be operated with charcoal / charcoal briquettes in accordance with DIN EN 1860-2 with a max. amount of 10 kg for grilling meat
and other foodstuff directly on the cooking grid, and 10 kg for grilling meat on the rotisserie. Do not use coal with this appliance!
The barbecue has to be installed on a secure level base prior to use.
Only use this appliance on a hard, non-combustible surface (concrete, ground etc.) capable of supporting the weight of the appliance. Never use on
wooden or other surfaces that could burn.
We strongly recommend that the barbecue shall be heated up and the fuel kept red hot for at least 30 min prior to the first cooking.
Do not use the appliance near flammable objects (keep at a safe distance, at least 3 meters). Do not wear loose clothing or allow hair to come in contact
with the appliance.
Do not place the appliance under an overhanging roof or other enclosed area. Not adhering to these clearances will prevent proper ventilation and may
increase the risk of a fire and/or property damage, which could also result in personal injury.
Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
Do not modify the appliance. Do not use the appliance for purposes for which it is not intended.
Exercise caution and only operate the appliance when you are in good condition: If you are tired or ill, if you have consumed alcohol, medication or
drugs, do not use the appliance, as you are not in a condition to use it safely.
Always comply with all applicable national safety, health and working regulations.
When using for the first time, the appliance should be operated without any foodstuff for 15 minutes at high temperature to remove oils leftover from
manufacturing.
In windy weather, place the appliance in an outdoor area that is protected from the wind.
We advise that a fire extinguisher be on hand. Refer to your local authority to determine proper size and type of fire extinguisher.
