SOLUTION
· Ensure the blender jug is installed correctly.
When using the bottle, ensure that the blade
attachment is firmly screwed into the motor
housing. If you have not turned the blade
attachment clockwise or not far enough (until
it clicks into place), the appliance will not work.
· The motor may overheat. Let the appliance
cool down for 30 minutes and try again.
· Make sure the blade attachment is not
blocked. Check for large pieces blocking the
blades. Cut these into smaller pieces.
· When using the function buttons, the speed
control must be in the 'on' position.
· When first used, it is normal for the engine to
have an odour. If the problem still occurs after
using it several times, contact the after-sales
service.
