7.2 The High-Flow couplers fail to connect or disconnect

The system is pressurized.
7.3 The tool does not operate at all or does not operate satisfactorily

The High-Flow couplers are disconnected.
The pressure relief valve on the pump is in the
"neutral" position.
The hydraulic oil level in the pump is too low.
8 Maintenance
8.1 General

Proper preventive maintenance of the equipment preserves the operational safety and extends the life
of the equipment.

Solution
Depressurize the system using the operating
valve.
Solution
Connect the loose High-Flow couplers.
Set the pressure relief valve on the pump in the
"operation" position.
Add the correct hydraulic oil to the pump.
