on the BOTTOM (N). Use eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE
HEAD SCREWS (1S).

Fasten the SKIRTS (O and P) to the BOTTOM (N). Use
four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through
the METAL BRACKETS on the SKIRTS and into the holes
in the BOTTOM.
