Use two GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).

Fasten the METAL BRACKETS (2G) to the panels of the RIGHT and
LEFT PEDESTALS. Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
