Fasten the FRAMES (H) to the TOP (A). Tighten four 1/2"
HEX HEAD SCREWS (10) using the L-WRENCH (5).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tightening any of them.

Peel the PADS from the PAD CARD (7) and apply them to
the bottom of the FRAMES (H).
