2. Press the button (B) to start the appliance.
3. Press buttons (E-F) to select the working programme to be set up.
4. Press the button (D) and keep it pressed for some seconds.
5. Press buttons (E-F) and button (D) to set up all values of the operating parameters.
– Vacuum: it sets the operation time of vacuum pump (1÷99) in seconds.
– Vacuum type: it sets up the kind of operation of vacuum pump.
0 - Standard operation
1 - Intermittent operation
Important
Intermittent operation allows you to vacuum package those products that tend to rise or to
boil.
– Seal: it sets up the sealing time of bags (0,1÷9,9) in seconds.
– Gas: it sets up the intake time of inert gas (0÷9,9) in seconds.
– Print: it sets up the number of receipts to print (0÷9) and the days, within those product
(0÷183) is to be consumed (for model MCD/S - MCD/CS only).
– Blinking cursor line: it enters the ingredients contained in the bags in the receipt by
means of the special key-board (for model MCD/S - MCD/CS only).
Max. 16 ingredients can be entered and each of them can have a maximum length of
16 characters.
Operation in "automatic mode"
1. Press main switch (A) (MCD - MCD/S) or operate selector (N) (MCD/CS) to activate the
power supply of the equipment.
2. Press the button (B) to start the appliance.
3. Press buttons (E-F) to select the working programme.
4. Insert the food product into bag.
5. Insert the bag into decompression chamber with the bag opening positioned on sealing
bar.
To package liquid products, fill the bag to the maximum level up to 50% of their capacity
and position them so that the opening is on sealing bar , while the product must be at a
lower level, inside the chamber, thus avoiding the product discharge.
6. Lower holding bell and keep it in position until the equipment does not end up the
sealing cycle of the bag.
