Error
LEDs on the charging
cradle flash yellow (error
during charging process).
LEDs on the charging
cradle are off.
If the In-Mask Display still does not function despite the specified measures, it
can be reset to the factory state. To do this, press the On/Off button for at least
20 seconds. If the In-Mask Display still does not function, it should be sent back
to Dräger.
6 Maintenance
WARNING
Explosion hazard
To reduce the risk of igniting combustible or potentially explosive atmospheres,
take note of the following.
► Do not charge or change the battery in explosion-hazard areas.
► Only use battery chargers which Dräger has approved for this product.

Cause
The battery can no lon-
ger be charged.
Battery temperature out-
side permitted range
No power supplied to the
charging cradle.
Remedy
Replace the battery.
Leave the In-Mask Dis-
play in the charging cra-
dle and take them to an
area where the tempera-
ture is between 10°C and
45°C. The battery will be
charged when its tem-
perature is correct.
It can take significantly
longer than an hour for
the temperature to equal-
ise and the charging pro-
cess to resume.
Check the functioning of
the power supply unit and
the connecting cable.
Clean the charging pins.
