Hold on "P" to operate the stand mixer at high speed.
LIQUIDISER FUNCTION
1. Press the cover release button and remove the cover of the liquidiser attachment opening.
2. Place the liquidiser on the opening and rotate it clockwise until it locks into position.
3. Follow the speed setting table below to blend food.

4. To remove the liquidiser, rotate it anticlockwise.

RECIPE
Basic Cake
Ingredients:
200 grams soft butter or margarine,
200 grams sugar,
1 packet vanilla sugar,
1pinch of salt,
4 eggs,
400 grams wheat flour,
1 packet baking powder,
and approximately 125ml milk.
Preparation:
Place the wheat flour and the remaining ingredients to the bowl, stir with the beater for 10 seconds on
speed 1 and 2 respectively, then for approximately 3 minutes on speed 3. Grease a tin or cover with baking
paper. Fill in the mixture and bake. Before the cake is removed from the oven, test to see if it is done. With
a sharp wooden stick pierce the centre of the cake. If no mixture sticks to it, the cake is cooked. Turn the
cake on to a cake grid and allow it to cool.
Requirements for traditional oven used
Insertion height: 2
Heating: electric oven, top and bottom heat 175 200°C; gas oven: level 2 3
Baking time: 50 60 minutes
Depending on taste, this recipe can be changed, for example with 100g raisins or 100g nuts or 100g grated
chocolate.
