Main module SP-COP1 / SP-COP2-ENx
The COMPACT-module SP-COPx is the CPU of the whole system, in
which all signals are monitored and logically processed according to
the configuration saved on the removable storage SP-COP-CARD1.
The module provides save inputs and outputs, as well as test signal
outputs. As a result of processing the outputs of the system are
switched. This means the internal safety-bus serves as data inter-
face.The removable storage SP-COP-CARD1 has to be ordered
separately.

Commonly available SD cards cannot be used/inserted in sa-
mosPRO and COMPACT modules.
The main module has a mini-USB-bus with the following functions:
