Check the diamond cutting discs before use.
The diamond cutting discs must be mounted in
exact alignment and be able to rotate freely.
Carry out a test run for at least 30 seconds
without any load. Do not use any diamond cut-
ting discs that are damaged, out-of-balance, or
vibrate.
Observe the dimensions of the diamond cut-
ting discs. The diameter of the hole must fit the
mounting flange
. Do not use any reduction
parts or adapters.
Protect diamond-cutting discs against impact,
shock and grease.
Don't work with materials containing asbestos.
Secure the workpiece. A workpiece clamped
with clamping devices or in a vice is held more
secure than by hand.
Apply the machine to the workpiece only when
switched on.
Keep hands away from the rotating diamond-
cutting disc.
Blocking the cutting disc leads to a strong jerk-
ing reaction of the machine. If this happens,
switch off the machine immediately.
Caution! Diamond-cutting discs do not stop
running immediately after turning off the ma-
chine. Do not exert any lateral pressure on the
diamond cutting discs.
Caution! Diamond cutting discs become very
hot during operation; do not touch them until
they have cooled down.
Always switch the machine off and wait until it
has come to a standstill before placing it down.
Never allow children to use the machine.

intended for it are used.
Intended Use
The machine is intended for the horizontal cutting
or slitting of mainly mineral materials such as
marble. It should be operated with a protective
guard and positioned on a firm base. The ma-
chine is intended for wet cutting in specific execu-
tions. The machine was not made for cutting
wood, plastic or metal.

Changing the Tool
Before any work on the tool itself, pull the
power plug.
Wear protective gloves.
Make sure the diamond-cutting disc has
been correctly inserted and is in perfect
working condition.
Inserting
Place the mounting flange 1
spindle 2 . Then place the diamond cutting
disc 3 onto the motor spindle 2 and tighten the
clamping screw 4 using the socket wrench 5 .
The assembly of the clamping screw 6
thereby hold the clamping flange 4 tightly with
the ring spanner 7 .
When mounting, make sure that the direction of
the arrows on the protective guard 6 and the dia-
mond cutting disc 3 both point in the same di-
rection.
Removing (see figure 1)
Hold the clamping flange 4 with the ring span-
ner 5 and loosen the clamping screw 6 using a
socket wrench 7 .
Warning: Left-hand thread!
Before reassembly, remove the parts for clean-
ing.
