Super Certes/Super Bowl operating
manual.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Ensure that the instructions in this manual
are read and fully understood. No person
should be allowed to operate the Super
Certes/Super Bowl with Vertigroom
Attachment unless they are fully aquainted
with all the controls and safety procedures.
BLOCKED VERTIGROOM
• Always ensure that all drives are in neutral
and the engine is stopped prior to
investigating blockage. Release blockages
with care. Keep all parts of body away
from cutting edges. Keep other people
away from vertigroom.
ADJUSTMENTS,LUBRICATION & MAINTENANCE
• Read all appropriate servicing instructions.
Use only replacement parts supplied by
original manufacture.

Parts to be removed from Super Certes:
Side Plate Cover
Complete Front Roll Assembly
Retain the following Parts:
1 x MBC5917 Pivot Pin
2 x 450380 M12 Nyloc
2 x 450378 M8 Nyloc
2 x A292050 Disc Spring
2 x MBC5271 Carriage
2 x A292122 Disc Spring
2 x 450014 Bolt M8 x 30
2 x 450390 Washer M8
2 x MBC5914C Packer
2 x MBC3973 Link
2 Height of Cut Adjusters, comprising
2 x A907009 Adj screw
2 x 450390 Washer M8
2 x MBC7026 Adj Collar
2 x 450324 M8 Nut
2 x MBC5274 Trunnion
a) Assemble the following to the grooved front
roll.
2 x MBC3973
2 x MBC5271
2 x AF13020
2 x 450380
b) Offer grooved roll assembly to machine,
position 1 x MBC5914A Packer between
frame and carriage and 1 x MBC9872
Packer Shim between packer and side
plate on both left and right hand sides of
machines.
c) Assemble front to machine using.

At the same time assemble:
2 x MBG5917 Pivot Pin
