Assemble Bearing Housing MBC9568 and
Bearing A203929 to RH side frame and
align with Cylinder Bearing Housing.
Locate in position with Pivot Bolt MBC9569
and Disc Spring A292122.

Assemble MBC9555 RH Vertigroom
Bracket and MBC9556 LH Vertigroom
Bracket with adjuster assemblies to
machine using:
2 x 450541
2 x 450389
2 x 450377
on each side
f)
Position MBC5274 Trunnions to Carriages.
Pass Height of cut adjusters through
Vertigroom brackets and connect to
trunnions.
g)
Remove MBC9528 Lid from drive belt
housing, retain 3 x 450543 Screw M6 x 25,
and 3 x 450389 Washer M6
h)
Offer up and locate into position the
Vertigroom assembly to the machine and
secure using:
1 x MBC9614 Pivot Pin (LH side)
Ensure carriage link is located on grooved
roll.
j)
Position A292502 Tolerance Ring in
Vertigroom drive belt housing (RH side)
k)
Screw Drive Disc with Bearing Assembly
into Cutting Cylinder Spindle (LH Thread)
to locate Bearing into Tolerance Ring
(Remove screw and washer from clutch
handwheel recess before assembly. Do
not move handwheel with screw removed
as it may be difficult to reassemble.)
l)
After assembly replace screw and washer
and assemble A295258 Plastic Insert into
handwheel recess.
m)
Disengage Clutch Handwheel and place
drive belt in the gap between Handwheel
and Pulley. Locate other end of Drive Belt
onto Vertigroom Shaft Pulley. By rotating
Handwheel feed Drive Belt onto Pulley at
Handwheel.
n)
Loosen Belt Tensioner and tension Belt so
a deflection of 5mm (3/16") is achieved
with a force of 2.2Kg (5lbs) in the centre of
the lower span.

Reassemble to Drive Belt Housing:
1 x MBC9528
and secure using:
3 x 450543
3 x 450389
q)
Connect Adjusters to Vertigroom unit
Assembly Housings using Spring Clips and
Clevises.
NOTE: MBC9657 Cover Plate and
A230008 are provided to seal the RH
Cylinder Bearing Housing if the Vertigroom
attachment should be removed for any
reason.
