4.3.1 Pairing
If SIME SRS is paired with a remote control but the communi-
cation is not yet present (stand-by for the first message or loss

of communication), the RF ANTENNA icon will be off, the large
digits will show the measured room temperature (e.g. 23°C)
and the status icons will all be switched off.
To pair a device with the system, it is necessary to acti-
vate the pairing mode on the respective remote control (e.g.
SIME SMART HYBRID) , as specified in the relative instruction
manual.
Once the pairing procedure has been activated on the remote
control, press the Pairing and Reset button (4).

Be careful not to use a sharp and metal tool
to avoid damaging the Pairing and Reset but-
ton (4).
During the pairing phase, the large digits will show "RF" to-
gether with "PAI" (Pairing). The procedure has a 2' time-out.

If the pairing procedure is successful, the system will automat-
ically switch to the operating screen and the RF ANTENNA icon
will remain on.
If the procedure is not completed correctly, a factory reset (RTF)
will be performed with the relative visualisation.
