4.5.2
Radio signal level
There is a screen for viewing the intensity of the radio signal.
This information is useful both during the installation phase
and when verifying the proper connection to the remote control.

The radio level is displayed in this mode; the screen remains for
80" and the value is read again every 15".
The value 00.0 indicates that there is no radio coverage.
To terminate and exit the page before the 80" expire, simply
press the
P
key.

Relay operation
The relay installed on the SIME SRS is closed when the zone is
in heat/cooling request depending on the setting, and is open
in all other cases.
The closing request is communicated by the remote control's
management system, which includes the system's tempera-
ture control logic.
The horizontal bar below the heating or cooling symbol indi-
cates the relay status:

RF timing
To preserve the battery life, the device normally remains in
"Stand-by" mode.
Every 10 minutes, SIME SRS activates to verify the variation of
the room temperature, and the new value is sent via RF to the
remote control's management system.
During RF transmission, the remote control responds with the
following system data: system operating mode, zone mode,
set-point, request active.
If there is no communication (pairing unsuccessful or no re-
sponses arriving from the gateway), SIME SRS will only display
the measured temperature and will not implement any action.
