1 Characteristics of the remote control

The following guide forms part of the MCZ stove manual that the
remote control is combined with. The product presented in this guide
operates at a transmission frequency of 433.92MHz. Power the product
with three AAA batteries as follows:
Remove the cover of the battery compartment by pressing and lifting it
as shown by the arrow
Insert the batteries according to the correct polarity (+) and (-)
Close the cover of the battery compartment
When power is supplied to the remote control the time setting will
automatically be prompted (see paragraph 3.2.1).
The remote control tells the user when the batteries are about the run
out via the relevant icon on the display. If the flat battery icon appears,
this means that the batteries are almost flat and the remote control is
about to switch off.
Used batteries contain metals that are harmful to the
environment. Therefore, they must be disposed of
separately in suitable containers.
