2.0 - WARRANTY

unauthorized companies will
not be reimbursed.

2.1 - Warranty Term
01 (one) year or 1000 hours, whichever
happens first, counted from the date of
the sale invoice.
2.2 - Application of the Warranty
Any parts replaced under this regime
become property of MONTANA. The
warranty applies to any defects in
manufacturing or original materials,
parts and accessories, equipping the
products when purchased.
2.3 - Items Excluded from the
Warranty
All expenses related to lubricant oils,
filters, greases, and similar items,
personnel travel, towing, transportation,
rescue, material and/or personal
damages caused to the buyer or any
third parties, mobilizing the machine,
regular maintenance (retightening,
cleaning, washing, lubrication,
adjustments, etc.) are the buyer's
exclusive responsibility.
Filter elements used in the spray system
are also excluded (suction filters and
spray tips), batteries, starter motor, tires
and inner tubes, electrical components,
flow-meters, injector nozzles of the
diesel engine which are subject to the
warranty conditions established by the
respective manufacturers.
2.4 - Loss of Warranty
The warranty effects shall become void
when any of the following causes are
defined:
- Misuse of the equipment, going
counter to the manual's technical
instructions;
- Abuses, overloads or accidents,
repairs or disassembly of components
by unauthorized personnel;
- Contamination of hydraulic circuits
by impurities or fluids other than the
recommended;
