6.6.4 - Wheel Sensor
The wheel sensor is responsible for
speed information. Without it the
computer cannot work in the automatic
function.
The distance of the flange of the
sensor on the wheel is important for
the sensor to function correctly. It
must be 5mm from the flange for good
operation, Regulate the distance and
check whether the speed information is
displayed on your computer.
In the correct position, as the machine
moves the wheel sensor lights up a red
light every time one of the 12 wheel
flange points are crossed.
To adjust the distance of the sensor,
loosen the nuts that fix the sensor on
the flange and bring it closer to the
distance of 5 mm, making sure the red
light comes on at every one of the 12
flange points.

Valve Group
Comprised of the proportional
adjustment valve (gray), four section
valves (blue) and flow-meter.
The proportional adjustment valve is
responsible for regulating the pressure
of the spray system. It is activated by
the pressure control key.
The section valves command individual
flow shut down for the spray sections.
The flow-meter is responsible for
reading the product mix flow.
There is a pressure gauge integrated
to the set, whose function is to help
in gauging the tips and point out the
effective working pressure.
