personnel, negligence in maintenance
requirements, modifications introduced
that affect operation, stability and safety
of the machine.
- Use of parts and components other
than those supplied by MONTANA;
- Alteration to the equipment or any
characteristic of the original project;
- Alteration, destruction, defacing or loss
of the product identification plaque;
- Incorrect or incomplete filling in of the
warranty requisition.
- The warranty effects will further
become void when the sprayer is
used under adverse conditions, as
per MONTANA guidance (abuses
such as: spraying at speeds above
the recommended (17 km/h), work
overload, accidents, etc.).

The warranty term for any parts or
components replaced ends together
with the equipment's original warranty
term.

MONTANA is given the choice between
reviewing, modifying or enhancing,
discontinuing or altering the machine
and its components, at any time, which
also applies to any conditions herein
set, without incurring in any form of
liability or obligation to the buyer or third
parties.
MONTANA's responsibility is limited
to the terms set out in this warranty,
which cannot be transferred, ceasing
automatically in the event the machine
is ceded or sold.
Eventual delays in executing services
do not entitle owners to any form of
indemnity or damages payment, nor to
an extension of the term of warranty;
Any and all the assistance needed
during the term of the warranty must
be performed by Montana's technical
service, through our authorized dealers
or technicians from the plant.
