Wheel Brush Adjustment (FIG 13)
The Wheel Brush (2) is located against the lower wheel inside the housing. It helps keep the blade and
the wheel clean of sawdust and wood chips. To adjust, loosen screw (1) that secures the wheel brush.
Position the wheel brush against the blade. Tighten the screw.

Drive Belt Adjustment (FIG 14)
1. The drive belt (1) should be adjusted to allow for approximately 1/4" of flex.
2. To tighten the belt, loosen the bottom screw (2) anchoring the motor to the back of the saw. Slightly
pivot the motor backward.
3 Tighten the screw (2) and re-check the belt for flexing.

from the power source before adjusting, adding accessories, or checking a
function on the tool.
Table Tilt Adjustment (FIG 15)
The table tilts from 0° to 45° to the right.
1. Turn the table tilt lock handle (1) counterclockwise to loosen.
2. Tilt the table to the right until it reaches the desired angle on the table tilt gauge (2).
3. Tighten the table tilt lock handle by turning it clockwise.

Miter Gauge Adjustment (FIG 16)
Place the miter gauge in the right groove on the table.
The miter gauge fence (1) can be adjusted 45° to the right or left.
1. To set the angle, loosen the lock knob (2) and rotate the fence until it reaches the desired angle on
the index scale (3).
2. Tighten the lock knob (2).
