Notes on Use
❏
Protect the battery charger from strong shocks and take care not to drop it.
Otherwise the battery charger may be damaged.
❏
Protect the battery charger from extreme temperatures and do not subject it to
drastic temperature fluctuations. Charging is possible within a range of
ambient temperature between 0 and 40°C {32 and 104°F}. It does not charge at
the other temperature. The charging time may be prolonged when it charges
in the environment of 35°C or more {95°F or more}. Charge LED (orange) is
flashing during a charge stop.
❏
Keep the battery charger away from AM receivers or video equipment
because it will disturb AM reception or the screen.
❏
Attach the battery pack firmly to the battery charger.
❏
During charging, the battery pack will become warm. This is normal and does
not pose a problem.
❏
The battery pack will gradually discharge itself even when the product is not
used. We recommend charging immediately before use, preferably 1 to 2 days
before.
❏
After a full charge, it is recommended to detach the battery pack from the
battery charger within 24 hours.
❏
Never allow the battery charger to hang from the AC cable.
❏
Do not connect the battery charger to a table tap or extension cable.
❏
Do not touch the charging terminals of the battery holders.
❏
Keep in mind that you may need to turn off the power and pull the plug out
of the power outlet in order to cut the power in the event of a problem with
the connected device.
