UNPACKING
This product requires assembly.
„ Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. Make sure that all items listed in the Packing
List are included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if any parts on the Packing List
are already assembled to your product when you unpack
it. Parts on this list are not assembled to the product by
the manufacturer and require customer installation. Use
of a product that may have been improperly assembled
could result in serious personal injury.
„ Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
„ Do not discard the packing material until you have care-
fully inspected and satisfactorily operated the product.
„ If any parts are damaged or missing, please call
1-800-525-2579 for assistance.

WARNING:
If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate this
product until the parts are replaced. Use of this product
with damaged or missing parts could result in serious
personal injury.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to modify this product or create acces-
sories not recommended for use with this blower. Any
such alteration or modification is misuse and could result
in a hazardous condition leading to possible serious
personal injury.
WARNING:
To prevent accidental starting that could cause serious
personal injury, always remove the battery pack from the
tool when assembling parts.
ASSEMBLY
INSTALLING/UNINSTALLING THE BLOWER
TUBE AND ATTACHMENT NOZZLES
See Figure 2.
The tabs located in the interior of the blower tubes and at-
tachment nozzles fit into the slots on the blower housing
and blower tubes.
The speed tip or wide nozzle can be installed onto the end of
the blower tubes or directly onto the blower housing outlet.
To install the blower tube or attachment nozzle onto the
blower housing outlet:
„ Align the arrows on the desired nozzle or blower tube
and push together.
„ Fully twist tube or nozzle until arrow is aligned with the
lock icon to secure in the locked position.
NOTE: Always make sure the arrow and lock icon are
aligned. Only then are the tube and nozzle in the locked
position.
The steps above can be repeated to install the additional
tube onto the first tube and to install an attachment nozzle
onto the blower tube. No additional attachments can be
installed onto the speed tip or wide nozzle.
NOTICE:
When correctly assembled, the tubes are difficult to
separate. If they can easily be twisted apart, the tubes
are not locked. Continue twisting together until the tubes
are fully in the locked position. Tubes that are not fully
locked together can separate during blower operation.
To uninstall the blower tubes or attachment nozzles:
„ Twist the blower tube or attachment nozzle until arrow is
aligned with the unlock icon.
„ Pull away from blower.
NOTE: The tool can be operated with or without the blower
tube and/or nozzle attachments installed.
