SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Failure to follow the safety precautions may result in the risk of serious injury.
Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 110kg.
Do not exceed the maximum load limit in the basket (5kg). Loads must only be carried in the basket. Do not
attach heavy objects to the rollator as this could affect its stability.
Make sure that all parts are securely fastened and in good working order.
Check the rollator's screws and fastenings regularly and retighten if necessary.
Make sure that the locking latch on the handles is properly engaged.
Make sure that both handles are tight and at the same height. Test the stability of the rollator before applying
the full weight to the handles.
Do not use the seat when the rollator is on sloping or uneven ground. Only use the rollator on flat, solid
surfaces.
Replace the wheels if they are badly worn or damaged.
Do not use the rollator when the footrest is extended; it must be retracted.
When the locks are released, the wheels must be able to turn freely.
Always lock the brake lever before sitting down.
Replace tyres if they are badly worn or damaged.
Do not use the rollator on stairs or escalators.
Only use the accessories and parts supplied by the manufacturer.
Do not make any adjustments to the rollator while it is in use.
All wheels must always be in contact with the ground.
Take care when climbing kerbs or using sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces. Failure to do so may result in a
serious risk of falling or injury.
Do not use the walker on wet, icy or snowy slopes.
DO NOT LEAN on the footrest to sit down; the footrest must be pulled out once the patient is seated.
Check that the backrest is in the seated position and that the clips are fully extended.
If any parts are damaged, broken or worn, contact your dealer.
MOUNTING & USE
Assembly instructions
1. Remove the Rollator and all its components from the packaging.
2. Open the Rollator and push the seat down, ensuring that the side hinge bars are in the open and locked
position.
3. Install the backrest support bar by inserting each end into the slots provided. It will click into place.
4. Adjust the height of the handles. The heights must be the same on the right and left. Secure the tubes by
tightening the screws on each side. Make sure that the cables remain outside the structure and that the
sheaths are not crushed or bent.
5. The correct height for the handles is when you are standing upright with your hands on the handles without
bending your wrists.
Using the Victor Rollator
1. To slow down, lightly squeeze the handle levers with your fingers. The levers should be squeezed
simultaneously on the right and left.
2. To lock the brakes, for example to immobilise the Rollator, push the 2 handle levers firmly downwards until
they lock by themselves.
3. To unlock the brakes, pull up the 2 handle levers.
4. To use for transporting people, install the backrest support bar the other way round and lower the
footplate.
