SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all the instructions in this manual carefully before using your
appliance for the first time, so you can use it properly and understand its
limitations, potential risks and prevent damages.
Keep the instruction manual for future reference. Flama cannot be
responsible for failing to comply with these instructions.
Before putting the appliance into operation, all basic precautions in this
Instruction Manual must be observed, to prevent any risk of fire, electrical
shock and injuries.
Do not use the appliance if it seems damaged.
Use the appliance only with alternating current and with a power socket
properly installed by a technician and/or certified authority. The voltage
and frequency of the power supply must be compatible with the settings
on the rating plate on the appliance (under the appliance).
Check if the circuit breaker protection, which will connect to the appliance,
is at least of 10 A.
The appliance must be connected to a plug with a ground connection.
Do not place the appliance, plug or cord in water or any other type of
liquid. For cleaning, use only a damp cloth. Do not allow water or dirt into
the appliance.
This appliance is intended for domestic use and complies with the safety
standards in force.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Be sure to place the appliance on a clean, flat and non-heatable surface,
so it does not slip.
Keep a sufficient distance from the edge of the surface to prevent the
appliance from falling down.
When using the appliance, ensure a sufficient distance at the top
(suspended cupboards, shelving) and around it, to prevent possible
damage that can be caused by steam.
Ensure, at all times, that the rubber sealing ring of the blades and lid is
properly fitted. If there is no sealing ring, the food when mixed or cooked
can leak into the appliance, damaging it.
