Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If
the problem persists, contact customer service.
DESCRIPTION
No refrigeration at all at all

The refrigerator compartment defrosts automatically and evaporates automatically.
Defrosting the freezer compartment
The freezer compartment must be defrosted regularly.
Defrost the freezer compartment whenever the thickness of the ice layer reaches 10 mm.
1. Set the temperature control to the 0 position and unplug the appliance before defrosting.
2. Remove the food and the glass tray from the freezer compartment and store the food in a cool place.
3. Use a plastic scraper (not supplied) to remove the ice.
4. To speed up the process, place a container of warm water in the freezer compartment.
5. Clean and reload the freezer compartment after defrosting.
6. Plug in the appliance and adjust the temperature control knob as desired.
7. Replace the frozen food and the glass shelf in the freezer compartment.

SOLUTION

Re-plug.
•
Open the door and check if the
light is on.

Adjust the adjustable feet.

Remove it from the wall

Put food in the freezer when hot
food cools down.

heat source.

Keep the distance between food
to ensure good ventilation.
