Problem

Possible Cause
Drain cap and silicone seal are not
secure.
Water was poured directly into
bottle support collar and
overflowed.
All the water in the tank has been
used.
The unit is unplugged.
Hot water power switch not
activated.
The circuit breaker in your home
has tripped or the fuse has blown.
Hot water hi-limit thermostat has
tripped off.
Thermostat needs to be adjusted.
Empty water bottle.
Mineral deposits clogging tanks.
Possible air pocket.
Possible ice build up due to
thermostat set too cold.
Bottle is making a gurgling noise as
it fills the tank.
Water dispenser is uneven.
Suggested Solution
Ensure seal is secure in drain plug and
tighten drain cap.
Push down on dispenser buttons to lower
the water level.
Replace with full bottle and wait; 30
minutes for water to cool, 15 minutes for
water to heat.
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate hot water "on/off" switch.
Reset the breaker or replace the fuse.
Allow the temperature of the hot water to
cool for approximately 30 minutes. Push
the black reset button located on the back
of the hi-limit thermostat.
Using a screwdriver, turn the dial clockwise
between lower setting ( ) for warmer water
and higher setting (
until the desired temperature is reached.
Replace with full bottle.

Push down on the dispenser buttons to
prime the unit.
Unplug overnight, then reset. Set the
thermostat to lower setting ( ),
slowly increasing based on your use and
need for cold water.

Make sure the dispenser is on an even
