Once connections have been completed and
flushing has been launched, this is carried out in
full automatic mode and the operator can moni-

The flushing software requires in total 4 cycles;
usage in either cycle is up to 3 kg (max.) of re-
frigerant.
The cycle is made up of the following steps:
• Leak test under vacuum:
• leak test under pressure with refrigerant:
• In total 4 flushing cycles (injection and
recovery) of the component or part of the
A/C circuit;
• final vacuum.
Time can vary in relation to the

8 - MAINTENANCE
The equipment contains pressurised parts with
safety equipment to eliminate the associated
risks.
In the EU the PED "Pressure Equipment Direc-
tive" 97/23/EC defines a series of categories
which govern all pressurised equipment. Such
parts may not be disassembled or tampered
with in any way.
Under the owner's responsibility, the equipment
and its PED parts must be verified on commis-
sioning and regularly thereafter as provided by
local legislation.
