CAUTION: Due to the weight of the hob, pay special attention during installation or
handling. Always wear safety gloves and safety footwear.
CAUTION: Do not use the unit with wet, damp hands or if you have come into contact
with water.
CAUTION: Melted plastic, plastic films must be immediately removed from the hob.
CAUTION: Make sure that there is a space of at least 30 mm left between the worktop
and the appliance below for air circulation. Damage caused by lack of ventilation space
is excluded from the warranty.
WARNING: Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a specialised
technician according to the manufacturer's instructions and in compliance with the
regulations in force.
WARNING: In case sugar or other heavily sweetened substance is spilled on the hot
ceramic glass hotplate, wipe it up immediately and carefully remove the sugar with a
scraper while the hotplate is still warm. This prevents possible damage to the ceramic
glass surface.
WARNING: Do not use the appliance as a work or storage surface.
WARNING: Switch off the appliance and let it cool down before cleaning it.
After the hob has sufficiently cooled down, it is possible to remove limescale, water marks
and grease splashes with a damp cloth and a little detergent. After cleaning, dry the hob
with a soft cloth.
WARNING: Seal the edges of the hob with sealing tape to prevent swelling due to
moisture.
Protect the bottom of the unit from steam and moisture.
WARNING: Do not install the appliance near a door or under a window. This will prevent
hot cookware from falling off when opening the door or window.
WARNING: Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is in operation.
WARNING: Switch off the cooking zones after each use.
WARNING: Do not put cutlery or cookware lids on the cooking zones, they could heat up.
