ERROR CODE
The error code appears on the Mahle My Smartbike smartphone application.
An error code is the visible reaction to an electric issue.
Error code does not mean there is a defective component!
Most of the time it is just a warning to signal an empty battery or a disconnected cable.
Each system error has a specic number.

Resolution
The battery charge is below its limit or has been in standby for a long time.
Charge the bike for 30 minutes and restart the bike.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
The battery charge has reached its limit.
Please disconnect the charger and ride the bike to discharge the battery.
To empty the battery faster, leave the lights on and a mobile connected to
the bicycle.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
The motor temperature is excessive.
Please put the bike in a cool place for 1 hour to reduce the temperature.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
Locked motor or defective speed sensor.
Check that you are not using the walkmode and blocking the wheel.
Restart the system.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
The battery charge is below its limit or has been in standby for a long time.
Fully charge the battery and restart the bike.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
The battery charge has reached its limit.
Please disconnect the charger and ride the bike to discharge the battery.

The charge current is too high.
Please stop charging the bike. Disconnect the charger from the power
outlet and the bike, if there is a range extender, disconnect it.
Let the battery rest for at least 2 hours.
If the problem persists, please take the bike to a Decathlon workshop.
