Self-inspection
This machine is equipped with an automatic error monitoring system to detect and diagnose problems
in the early stage. If your dishwasher does not work properly or does not work at all, please check it
according to the following instructions before seeking service.

Possible reason and solution
The start button is not pressed.
Press the start button.
The door is not fully closed.
Ensure the door is fully closed and locked.
The power supply or power cord is not connected.
Connect the power supply or power cord correctly.
Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.
The child lock is activated.
Disable the child lock.
The previous program is stopped before finishing and the residual water
remains in the dishwasher.
Ensure there is no tableware in the dishwasher, turn on the power, select the
program cancellation option to remove residual water, and then run "Intensive"
program with detergent.
There is food at the bottom of the dishwasher or in the filter.
Clean the filter and interior of dishwasher according to the "Maintenance"
section of this user manual.
Unwashed dishes remain in the dishwasher for a long time.
Put a cup of white vinegar into a glass or bowl safely placed on the upper dish
rack (Vinegar is an acid that may damage electrical appliances if used
frequently).
The drain hose is knotted or blocked.
Adjust the hose or remove the blockage.
Improper program selected.
Select the correct program according to the dirt level and the type of tableware
to be cleaned.
No detergent is used.
Use the recommended detergent.
Low water inlet pressure.
The water pressure should be 0.03 - 1MPa.
The spray hole on the spray arm is blocked.
Clean the spray arm.
Improper loading of tableware.
Ensure that the tableware does not hinder the rotation of the spray arm or
interfere with the dispenser.
The filter is blocked.
Clean the filter.
Too much detergent is mixed with hard water.
Use less detergent and rinse aid.
Aluminum products rub the dishes during washing.
Readjust the arrangement of dishes.
Coffee or tea stains.
Use decontaminant to remove stains.
