14. Insert the pipes in the related joints correctly (fig. 10 B).
15. Insert the pipes going out from the membranes, in their
distributors (fig. 10 B).
16. Replace the containers in the machine fixing them to the
body with the specific fastening plates (fig. 10 A, B).
17. Dry the water gone out during the above procedure.
18. Reinstall the machine.
19. Open the inlet tap slowly (fig 1 B).
20. Plug the plug (fig. 3 A) in the socket and turn on the
switch (fig. 1 A).
21. If there are any leaks close to the inlet tap, unplug the
plug and fix them.
22. Reassemble the two side panels to the machine.
23. Unload the first 30 litres of supplied water (about 10
minutes), which contain the membrane-protecting sub-
stances.
14) TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK
Check the shut off devices (fig. 3 B, D)
Make sure that the inflow water pressure is at least 1,2 bar.
Make sure there is no electric board overheating (fig. 3 C)
caused by an excessive use. In this case, wait a few minutes
and the machine will restart automatically.
Make sure that the electronic board is not broken (fig. 3 C).
Turn on and off the master switch.
THE PUMP WORKS INTERMITTENTLY (fig. 3, L)
Make sure that the inflow water pressure is at least 1,2 bar.

WATER HARDNESS CHECK
EVERY 4 MONTHS
Make sure that the filter cartridge (fig. 2 E) is in good condition
and not obstructed.
Make sure that there are no leaks.
The expansion vase (fig. 3 M) must be pressurized.
THE PUMP STARTS WORKING WITHOUT WATER DRAWING
Check there are no losses.
Check the shut off devices (fig. 3 B, D)
WATER GOES OUT FROM THE UNLOADING WITHOUT
TAKING WATER
The electrovalve (fig. 3 G) does not shut properly, because it is
dirty or faulty. Check it and, if necessary, replace it.
OUTFLOW WATER IS TOO SALTY
Check the membrane conditions (fig. 7 C), make sure that the
seals are in good condition. If the membrane are some years
old, it might be necessary to replace them.
15) DISPOSAL
ZB04 is built with non-dangerous materials, mainly polymers,
stainless steel, electrical and electronic parts. It is therefore
necessary to dispose them in accordance with the existing
laws.
If the machine must be disassembled, during removal opera-
tions from the fixture, remove the feeder cable from the power
and cut it.
