Identify the

attachment point
is to be made (e.g.
pliers).

surfaces are clean.

perfectly flat on the

The elastic tool attachment has a loop at one end and a
D-ring at the other end. It is best suited for light weight
tools having a captive eye for attachment e.g. (wrench).
