Preamplifier
Connect
the
INPUT
jacks
on
the
power
amplifier to the OUTPUT
jacks on the pre-
amplifier using stereo pin cords.
Speakers
Two
pairs of stereo speakers
can
be con-
nected to this power amplifier. Set the power
switch
to
OFF
before
connecting
the
speakers.
You may use speakers with an impedance of
4 or 16 ohms.
When connecting the speakers, align the Ieft
and right channels, A and B systems and the
@® and © polarities correctly.

lf the polarities are not aligned, the volume of
tne sound
will drop in the center of the two
speakers with a music program and the bass
will particularly be attenuated. Moreover, the
sound
will not
remain
concentrated
in the
center but will fluctuate.

When listening to both sets of speakers (A
and B), use models with an impedance of
at least 8 ohms.
To
hook
up the speakers,
depress
t
levers on the speaker terminals, insert the
exposed
part of the cords
into the hole
provided in the speaker terminals and then
release the levers. [Fig. 4]
