COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. What does the WFE-260 do?
A. The WFE-260 captures and filters out any weld, soldering fumes or dusts (such
as nail dust in the case of nail salons) directly at source.
Q. How does the WFE-260 work?
A. The Weld Fume Extractor sucks in air at a powerful rate, then passes it through
a combination of filters including HEPA filters to capture and filter the air.
Q. How often will the Filters need to be exchanged?
A. This product relies on a variety of filter cartridge parts to filter out the fumes,
smell, dust or other toxic substances. The quantity of dust and frequency of use will
determine how regularly the filters should be replaced.
The Replacement Cycle is recommended:
G4 Pre-Filter: 10-15 days
F8 Front Filter: 3-4 months
HEPA Filter: 6-9 months
Q. Where should I place the WFE-260 for optimum effectiveness?
A. The
Weld Fume Extractor
should be placed so that the inlet hose nozzle is as
close to the source of fumes/dust as possible. Ensure that minimum 50cm space is
left on each side of the machine to ensure air can be drawn in without hinderance.
