Deep tray *
Used for pastry, big roasts, watery foods. It can also
be used as oil collecting container.
Wire grid
Used for roasting or baking food into the desired rack.
Tray handle *
It is used to hold hot trays.
Roast chicken skewer
The roast chicken skewer is used with the door closed.
The heating temperature can be modified as needed.
It is best to cook only medium-sized pieces on the roast
chicken skewer.
Lateral wire grids
Located on both sides of the oven cavity, holds metal
grills and drip pans.
