ASSEMBLY OF THE CRIB (image 1-39)
1-2: Wheels with brakes mounted on chassis with main unit: Plug the axle of the wheel into the wheel seat until you hear a click
to indicate it is in place.
3-4: Foot tube mounted wheel with brake: Insert the wheels into the foot tube until you hear a click to indicate it is in place.
5-6: The control pad part is equipped with grooved pins: install the foot tube with groove into the foot tube. Hold the foot tube
with your hand, and press the shrapnel head with the other hand and insert it into the fixing tube until you hear a click. A sound
indicates that the assembly is in place.
7-8: Host mounted tube: Install the foot tube into the foot tube fixing until you hear a click.
9-10: Mainframe mounting bed support frame: install the bed support frame into the bed support fixing seat until you hear a
click.
11-12: Main machine support frame with toy seat: Install the bed support frame with the toy seat into the bed support fixing
seat until you hear a click.
13: Chassis mounted mainframe cover: Be sure to identify the width and narrow directions of the parts. Make sure that the
direction of the position is the same as that shown when assembling, and orient the wide side of the decorative cover toward In
the direction of the main unit panel. Then place the center of the host cover with the center of the main unit swing arm tube.
Use steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 to install it on the chassis with the host.

WARNING: Before assembling, it is necessary to recognize the width and narrow directions of the parts! When
assembling, orient the wide side of the host cover toward the host panel! The center position of the main engine cover is
aligned with the center position of the main engine swing arm tube!
If the above requirements are not assembled correctly, it will cause problems such as abnormal friction between the
decorative cover and the host and the failure of the swing function!
15-16: Assemble the central fixing pins: Make sure that the shrapnel hole of the pipe fitting faces downwards and then install it
into the bed support frame. Install it in the central fixing tube hole until the end.
17-18: Assemble the central fixing tube with the fixing buckle: Make sure that the shrapnel head of the pipe is facing down, and
you need to use one hand first. Hold the assembled central fixing and do not let it loosen, and then use the other hand to push
one end of the central fixing tube with the fixing buckle into the central fixing tube hole-2 of the bed support frame with the toy
seat until you hear a click. The shrapnel head pops out indicating that it is assembled. Use the same steps and methods to install
the other end into the central fixing tube hole-2 of the bed support frame.
Warning: When assembling, make sure that the shrapnel hole of the tube is facing downwards, otherwise it will not be
assembled in place, and the tube will fall off when the bedside function is used, resulting in the loosening of the fixed belt
and the bedside function cannot be used normally！
Assemble fabric lining (image 19-35)
19-22: Assemble the upper structure fixing pipe inside the lining into the upper part of the bed support frame. Fix pipe hole-1
and then force one end of the upper structure fixing pipe. Push in until you hear a click indicating that it is in place, then use the
same procedure and method to assemble the other end of the superstructure retaining tube.
23-26: Align the tube with the upper structure fixing tube hole-2. Align the hole and push firmly until you hear a click; use the
same procedure and method to place the other. The connecting pipe on one side is assembled into the pipe sleeve on the other
end of the upper part of the inner liner and assembled.
WARNING: When assembling the connecting tube near the toy base and the connecting tube, make sure that the shrapnel
head is facing down , otherwise the assembly is not correct.
27-28: Fasten the upper fixing buckle of the inner lining into the toy seat and then fasten the upper fixing buckle of the inner
lining.
