30. PREPARATIONS AND DETERGENT – RINSE AID DISPENSERS
If the machine is connected to a water softener and/or reverse osmosis unit contact the detergent supplier for a specific
product. Peristaltic dispensers (rinse aid and detergent) require period maintenance. The tube inside the rinse aid
dispenser must be subjected to period maintenance (at least 1 or 2 times a year). All models in the range are equipped as
standard with both pumps, peristaltic pump for the detergent and peristaltic rinse aid pump.
detergent dispenser pump: Pump supplies approx. 0.9 g/s of detergent. The operating time of the dispensers can
be changed according to the instructions provided in the following paragraph. Insert the supplied tube in the detergent
container.
rinse aid dispenser pump: Pump supplies approx. 0.1 g/s of rinse aid. The operating time of the dispensers can be
changed according to the instructions provided in the following paragraph. Insert the supplied tube in the rinse aid
container.
MANUAL ACTIVATION
During the initial start-up phase of the machine or when replacing the containers, the dispensers must be activated
manually so that the tubes are filled up, in the first case, or to eliminate the air in the second case.
Detergent dispenser
press the buttons shown below in the figure at the same time
until "Cleansing Cycle" appears on the display. The dispenser
is filled for approx. 60 s each time it is pressed, repeat the
operation multiple times if necessary.
Rinse aid dispenser
press the buttons shown below in the figure at the same time
until "Rinse Cycle" appears on the display. The dispenser
is filled for approx. 60 s each time it is pressed, repeat the
operation multiple times if necessary.

The anti-flood sensor detects a leak inside the technical compartment.
The detected temperature inside the boiler is too high. Please check the temperature
sensor functioning and if the relay of the board that turns on the resistance is closed.
Please note that scale incrustations could distort the sensor reading and cause inertia
of the high temperature of the resistance.

The discharge does not work. Please check the discharge system and the discharge
pump functioning. Please check whether the discharge height is excessive.
Water level in the well is too high. Please empty the well, blow inside the pipe linking
the pressostat with the pressure sensor to remove impurities and condensation and
check if there are any leaks. Please check the pressostat. If the alarm persists, please
replace the pressostat.
